Refund Policy

We hope you love everything that arrives from Copper Crow Fiber Co. Every skein, tool, and carefully chosen good is packed with care, and we want your order to feel just right when it reaches your doorstep.

If something isn't as expected, we're here to help.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused yarn and fiber within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uncaked

  • In their original condition with labels attached

  • Free from odors, pet hair, smoke, or other signs of use

Because each dye lot is limited, we cannot accept returns on yarn that has been caked, swatched, knit, crocheted, or otherwise used.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloadable patterns

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance merchandise

Before sending anything back, please email hello@coppercrowfiberco.com with your order number so we can approve your return and provide instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days if it meets the return requirements. We'll send an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos of the item (and packaging, if possible), and we'll take care of the rest. There's no need to return damaged merchandise unless we ask.
