Shipping Policy
There's something special about waiting for happy mail, and we do everything we can to get your order on its way as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be a little longer. If that happens, we'll keep you informed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, straightforward shipping within the United States:
- USPS Ground Advantage — $8.00 on all orders
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
- USPS Priority Mail — $15.00 for faster delivery
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, we'll announce it on our website and social media.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take a little time to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, we're happy to help you navigate the process and will do everything we can to assist.
If your package is marked as delivered but can't be located, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us and we'll help determine the next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hello@coppercrowfiberco.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly update the address.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes or redirect the package.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
